She founded this agency out of a love for helping businesses achieve their goals. But her vision goes beyond simply helping businesses through digital marketing techniques. Her vision: to help businesses share their stories with the public through engaging and trendy content, carefully curated campaigns, and more.

Teodora Toma has created an agency at the forefront of a new marketing movement: an agency which acts as the client’s very own in-house marketing team. Hiring Tailored Media is congruent to hiring an in-house marketing team, but with added flexibility and a preselected team of experts. Having started her marketing journey by promoting various student societies, she quickly moved on to marketing in the real world: going on to work at NGOs, Universities, and Marketing Agencies. With a portfolio of many clients and exceptional results for businesses from all industries, Teodora Toma knew it was time to share her services with more businesses, which led to the creation of Tailored Media.

Alex is a 21-year-old university student studying International Business in Rotterdam. He greatly enjoys working with clients to bring their ideas to life by creating visually appealing brand identities. One of the reasons Alex finds his work so fulfilling is that it has allowed him to meet and collaborate with inspiring individuals, including TED speakers, prominent artists, CEOs, and successful business people.
