What we were asked to do
EECentre is an exam center with a national presence and a portfolio of international English and German certifications.
The challenge
The brand talks to many audiences at once: teachers and partner centers, parents deciding for their children, students and exam candidates, adults interested in certifications like IELTS or ÖSD, and its own professional community. Each of them has different motivations.
Our approach
We built the communication not just around the exam types, but around who needs to receive each message and where they are in their decision.
- A different strategy for each audience: separate communication directions, so one brand can speak relevantly to very different people
- A complex portfolio, made easy to understand: Cambridge, IELTS and ÖSD can't be promoted with the same arguments, so each exam is tied to the need it solves, not just its features
- External communication + community communication: social media doesn't only attract new candidates; it also serves EECentre's own professional community of teachers and partner centers across the country
Three things that made the difference
Message segmentation We didn't treat “the EECentre audience” as one group. Topics, arguments and calls to action were adapted for teachers, parents, students and adult candidates.
Education before promotion With a complex product like international certifications, people need to understand first. Educational content reduces confusion and prepares the audience for the decision to enroll.
One ecosystem, not isolated campaigns Exams, workshops, events and the teacher community were brought into a single communication plan, so every initiative adds to the brand's overall presence.

The next fitting
Next, we're extending EECentre's presence to new audience segments and building even clearer communication paths for each one. We've already started building its TikTok presence, to reach students and candidates more efficiently with short, educational, easy-to-watch formats. In parallel, we continue to:
- Develop recurring series for teachers, parents and candidates
- Adapt the content to each exam type
- Connect social media more clearly to enrollment periods
