What we were asked to do
Ekinea had grown from a physiotherapy clinic into an integrated health center, a change marked by new services and a rebrand. One of the new services was pilates reformer, which no one else offered within 40 km.
The challenge
The clinic is in Villarejo de Salvanés, a town in the Community of Madrid where people simply didn't know what pilates reformer was. Before anyone would book a class, they had to become curious about it.
Our approach
We positioned pilates reformer as the newest thing to try in the region, built interest before launch, and turned that interest into a waiting list of people who went on to become clients.
- Activated and grew Ekinea's social accounts, filling them for the first time with videos and posts in the new brand direction
- Realigned every profile with the new brand messages
- Managed the clinic's Google Maps profile
- Built a pre-launch waiting list of interested people, who then converted into clients
- Announced the number of spots left in each class live, to build FOMO
Three things that made the difference
What came out of it
- Every spot in the pilates reformer classes filled
- New clients kept coming in from the content
- A brand-new service successfully introduced to the area
