What we were asked to do
Traduce.re has more than 20 years of experience in a business where professionalism and trust are everything.
The challenge
The communication had two problems to solve. The brand speaks to both B2B and B2C clients, with very different needs and contexts. And nobody follows social media for technical explanations about translation, so the field had to feel relevant to people's everyday lives.
Our approach
We started from something already authentic to the brand: #traducemstareadebine (roughly, “we translate good vibes”). Instead of building the communication around services and technical terms, we looked for the situations people recognize themselves in. Humor became the creative anchor.
- Relatable situations drawn from office life and everyday interactions
- Fun content that keeps the brand's personality and makes it easier to remember
- Separate content for B2B and B2C audiences
- A strategy where entertainment earns attention and expertise builds trust
- Guided brainstorming with the team during the shoots, not just a fixed script, to find real moments, lines and situations from their office life that could become content
That's why the content doesn't feel built for social media. It comes from the company's real culture.
From reluctance to TikTok
One of the directions we recommended was TikTok. At first there was hesitation: was it really the right place for a translation business? We repositioned TikTok not as a channel where the brand has to “follow trends,” but as a place to use humor, people and real situations from the business to become more memorable. Traduce.re is now on TikTok, with a direction built around its own personality.
Three things that made the difference
What came out of it
- Brand recognition beyond social media: existing clients started telling the team, “We saw you on TikTok.”
- Relevant questions from potential clients, proof that a fun direction can build awareness without losing the commercial side

Who did what
The next fitting
The next step is moving from validating the direction to a dedicated TikTok growth strategy: growing reach, systematically testing formats and developing series that can turn recognition into a bigger community and, over time, into new commercial opportunities.
